TRUST

Intelligence without surrendering authority.

Veidus is building toward a future where AI can understand and assist people more effectively without requiring people to surrender control over their information, choices or relationships with intelligence.

CAPABILITY ≠ AUTHORITY

Intelligence and authority are different things.

An intelligent system may be capable of perceiving, reasoning, communicating, remembering, purchasing or using tools. Capability alone should not determine whether it is authorized to act.

Increasing intelligence should not automatically increase authority.

PRIVACY THAT ADAPTS

Context changes. Privacy should be able to change with it.

Contextual

Different environments and tasks can carry different expectations.

Temporary

Authority need not become permanent because it was useful once.

Purpose-specific

Access should correspond to what is required for the task.

Revocable

The human should be able to change or withdraw permission.

Auditable

Permissions and use should be understandable and reviewable.

Human-controlled

The user remains the source of authority.

MINIMUM NECESSARY INFORMATION

Useful intelligence does not always require raw information.

Where possible, the goal is to provide intelligent systems with the context required to assist while minimizing unnecessary collection, retention or transfer.

Intelligent assistance often requires an answer—not unrestricted access to everything that produced it.

More useful intelligence should not require proportionally more surveillance.

LESS FRICTION

Context can reduce repetitive instruction.

People should not have to continuously re-explain what they are doing, what changed, what they already tried, or which boundaries matter. Better context can make assistance smoother while still respecting user-defined limits.

AI-AGNOSTIC

The intelligence provider may change. Human choice should remain.

Veidus is pursuing an AI-agnostic model in which qualified intelligence providers can evolve while human permissions, choices and authority remain central.

ASSISTANCE & CONTRIBUTION

Using Veidus technology and contributing data are separate choices.

Using Veidus-enabled technology does not require participating in commercial data contribution.

Where contribution programs exist, participation is intended to be explicit, optional and governed by clear permissions, provenance and permitted-use terms.

Consent

Participation is intentional.

Control

Participants define what they authorize.

Transparency

Purpose and intended use should be understandable.

Provenance

Origin and permitted use matter.
